We ordered the family dinner for pick up. It was ready on time, the chicken was juicy, the the sides were great. The coleslaw... portion was very generous. This may not be gourmet eating , but it was very good. Would recommend it. Compared to the SwissChalet in Peterborough Ontario, the difference was night and day. Read more
Just had to walk out of this restaurant which is a first. When we entered the restaurant we were asked if we wanted a booth or... table. I said booth. The hostess grabbed dirty dishes off a table and tried to sit us there. I asked again for a booth and aftera death glare she put us at a booth ( my son has autism and the table was on a very busy area which was explained to her) sat atthe table waiting for a long time while others came and were served so finally we walked out. I?m like 90% sure we were treatedthis way because of asking for accommodations for my autistic son so I?m glad we didn?t spend a cent there. Read more
I tried to order delivery at this location but they still do not have their phone system linking to their call centre fixed yet.... It simply hangs up on you. This has been an issue for months which means the manager must be incompetent and they do not want mymoney. Read more

Honestly the staff was great. The food was SO good, delicious and so very well cooked! we got here right after church service on... Sunday & the place filled up quickly after I took the pictures. The portions were quite decent and filling too. I had the Ribs +5 wings (which comes with a side, dinner roll, coleslaw and dipping sauce) while my husband had the Quarter chicken dinner +chalet chicken soup + slice of pie which came with a choice of dessert.
