Tried 3 times to order a Large Hot Chocolate and three times she added "small white chocolate". She had a massive accent and... seemed to have great difficulty understanding me. I had to settle for just a bottle of water because I had no confidence inordering anything else. I left my window open and listened to the lady in the truck behind me have an equally frustrating timeordering, and the vehicle infront of me never even ordered, they just drove away. I ended up taking the water and going a fewblocks away to another Tim Hortons, where they understood me and were able to get me a large hot chocolate from just the firstrequest. Read more
