Horrible workers they always have an attitude and they?re never in stock of anything plus today I asked for a 12 grain bagel... (they did not warn me that there wasn?t any left) and they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel without telling. I?m allergic tocinnamon and raisins so this could?ve been a very serious reaction. Worst experience ever here compared to other outlet stores.., The lady was just rude and burnt my chicken cravable bun. When we... returned to get it replaced, she said it?s not burnt and this is how it always is. (One side of the bun was burnt black!) Wethen demanded a replacement, n then she gave it. Tip: never let any of the girls server you in this outlet, even looking atother bad reviews, it?s always the girl who screws up. Read more

We had really really bad experience from this store. And it was the same staff who was rude more than twice in the drive... through. I think management should make sure customer service is trained for her. Very unsatisfied about her and such a singleemployee is ruining the reputation of whole shop. Went in, waited for service!! Girl behind counter saw me, looked up and kept staring at me as I stood there. Another guy behind... counter saw me, said nothing and I finally said may I get served please. Finally guy behind counter looked at the girl andmotioned to her to serve me. My fave Tim Hortons branch by all standards. I go here everytime and anytime to eat or drink. Love it!
Everything was good. They gave me tea instead of coffee, which I still enjoyed.
