What a fantastic Tim Hortons , this location is by far one of the best in town . I come here every single day at least 2 times ,... and the ladies and gentleman here are always so polite and friendly . I have never experienced such great customer service atTim's in Thunder Bay then I do here ... keep up the amazing work guys .!!!! Read more
Tim Hortons is our go to place for coffee, etc. Great service and great coffee, etc. I am extremely disappointed with the lack... of cleanliness - tables, seats and floors are disgusting. Every time we go there I have to always clean our seats (booths andchairs, as well as the tables, sometimes I have had to clean the area of floor where we are sitting). I realize staff are verybusy. I feel they need to hire someone dedicated to cleaning the areas I mentioned. Please have a supervisor check the booths,chairs and tables because even after I have cleaned them they still quite soiled. Thank you Read more
