some staff is really nice, I guess her name Is Kendra. She always ensures that the order is made perfectly. But there is some... staff that doesn?t even know how to make certain lattes and told me that she ?FORGOT? how the one I ordered is made, then gaveme my latte with no sugar especially when I specified that it was supposed to be extra sweet. I know it?s not a big deal but Iget my coffee like thrice a day from this location and there have been so many instances where I never got my drink or food madewell. My order was not correct yet again. Staff was friendly. But I've had to many order wrong. I'm going to try a different location.
