some staff is really nice, I guess her name Is Kendra. She always ensures that the order is made perfectly. But there is some... staff that doesn?t even know how to make certain lattes and told me that she ?FORGOT? how the one I ordered is made, then gaveme my latte with no sugar especially when I specified that it was supposed to be extra sweet. I know it?s not a big deal but Iget my coffee like thrice a day from this location and there have been so many instances where I never got my drink or food madewell. Quick service from a very friendly employee - makes your day better on a long road trip!
The worker with colourful hair was so patient and kind today, I ended up being short and couldn't get ahold of my partner, and... she ended up covering my iced coffee! I was going to cancel it but felt bad so I was trying to get ahold of said partner, withthree impatient toddlers and just as I was taking them outside to wait for their fathers call but I was told that the worker wascovering it and that I could take it, I am extremely grateful and appreciate the gesture! I will make sure to pay it forwardwhen I get the chance to next! Thank you so so much, and also the experience I've had everytime since I discovered this Tim'shas been amazing! I got an ice capp from here and I thought it tasted off, at first thinking they had accidentally added espresso or simillar. I... did think it tasted almost like alcohol, but I rarely ever drink so I wasn?t sure. After having some family taste it as well, Iwas informed it tasted just like Baileys.
