Brutal. First two things I tried to order were sold out. Then they put cheese on my farmers wrap after I said no cheese. I... have an allergy to dairy, but don't worry I started to eat it before I hit it half way down the wrap. Thanks for trying to makeme sick Tim's, great job! This Tim's location is good. I just wished the Tim app worked as well as it used to. It constantly doesnt keep up with the... goods at the each Tims. I put in a mobile order, but when I arrive, they tell me thet dont have that item. Drives me nuts! Read more
This Tim Hortons has the rudest evening staff in all of Thunder Bay. Everytime we go through the drive thru they don't say a... word. You dont get a 'hello' or 'your total is'. Even when you tip them they are snotty. Get it together! We spend a lot ofmoney at Tims each week and never see such a lack of customer service as this location. It is ridiculous! Read more
service is really good here but this isn?t a review on service but on the amount of garbage this location has around its site.... See pic below. There must be over 100 Tim hortons cups on the ground here. This is an area directly behind the location andperhaps slightly off to the left as the wind blows it everywhere. Many business around the city think it?s completely ok tooperate like this without any consideration for keeping surroundings clean, without keeping the direct area they operate in andmake money clean of garbage while this happens everywhere the problem is most evident in Thunder Bay just take a drive aroundthe city. It?s not enough in the 21 century for business to point fingers someone else because the business perhaps doesn?t ownthe property adjacent to it or in the contract the property the company leases is under management by the lessor. worst service in the world I placed a mobile order came in to the store to pick it up, the employee said she doesn't have time... to make it contained to serve everyone else 25 mins later i am still standing waiting for my order and the lady still continuesto serve new customers who walk into the store and ignore me. not impressed at all Read more
