This Tims is terrible. Slow drive thru, bad customer service rude staff almost everytime we went they screwed our order up... muffins in place of donuts- big difference between a blueberry donut and muffin !!! Cmon Tim's we love u but get this fixed!! Read more

Out of all the Tim?s in town. May.St Tim Hortons is by far the slowest service out of all of them. Slow also never ready to take... orders even the workers hang out the back smoking or on their phones. Zero team work zero work ethic. Long wait times. You stillget your coffee or tea. Just take a long time. BTW Edward St Tims is the best on imo. Read more

no hours posted on the door. Minimum 20 minute wait in line for coffee inside as they only focus on drive thru and they can't... even get that right. All the good staff quit months ago leaving people with poor attitudes and poor training. The hours changedaily and they open and close when they want to hence why they don't have the hours posted on the door. The owner just must notcare given how many bad reviews they have. Maybe a few more calls to head office might change their tune. Read more

Went thru drive thru about 6:15 pm Monday evening, very slow and only 1 car ahead of me. Ordered a med french vanilla... cappuccino, got to window and rude attendant said it was $3.98, is said what!?! $3.98? For a med french vanilla cappuccino, hesaid, " that's what I said", I said can't be a large was $2.92, 2 hours ago. He said so you dont want it I said no, drove away,went to balmoral Tim's and it was $2.61 TOTAL !?@??! What the heck just making up prices I guess. May not be going to ANY Tim'sanymore. Read more

I would rate this even lower than a start if I could Not only that the hours there are messed up the staff is undertrained for... the most part And everyone who knows what they're doing is management All I suggest is better training conditions before Sending them out Or higher people with better experience In the coffee and food making industryThere's always retail for peoplewho can't work! This Tim?s is sooo slow, in the morning if there are 4 or more cars there I go on to the next Tim?s because that is a 20 minute... wait minimum. One time we went there on a Sunday afternoon, 5 cars in line, decide what the heck, maybe we?ll get through in 15min. 45 minutes. No exaggeration, I couldn?t believe it. And when we got closer to the window we started watching to see whatpeople are getting, are they all ordering a couple of sandwiches and wraps maybe? No! The car two vehicles in front of us satthere for 5 min and all he got was one hot beverage, the car in front of us took almost 10 min and they got 2 coffees. I don?tget it. Going inside is a little faster but not always, once there was a lineup outside so I went in, it was busy, about 7people in front of me. I was in line for almost an hour. Would have walked out but I was meeting someone there and they ranlate. Crazy Read more

Poor customer service...I ordered bacon grilled cheese melt, they were out of bacon. Ask for chili, they were out of it. I... ended up with grilled cheese. I think, they were short of cheese too because they just hint my sandwiches... Read more
