The morning staff at this location are awesome! When i go for breakfast they are always smiling and helpful. However, going any... other time of the day I don?t even get a hello. I say ?hi how are you? and get a blank stare and the debit machine shoved towardme. Coming from a position of customer service myself, I know this is not the standard so I hope there can be some sort offurther training so the staff can at the very least greet the guests. Read more

So when I was handed a plastic cup I... read the fine print in Wendy's "noble efforts" to help the environment, and the prominent recycling symbol on the cup. Guesswhere I had to dispose of it? New breakfast menu is great. Nice to have real egg on a breakfast sandwich. Overall a nice stop for a quick bite.

This location has gone way downhill, and continues to slide. 9 times out of 10 we're given the wrong dressing for the CAESAR... salad (it says CAESAR on both the lable on the salad and the dressing package), that is if they even put it in the bag at all.They forget to put items in the bag consistently. We're often charged for items that we didn't even order (nor do they give themystery items to us). Make sure to ask for your receipt (sometimes they pretend that it didn't print, and they can't give it toyou, but if you tell them that you're not going anywhere, and block the drive through, they can magically pull your receipt outof thin air in the blink of an eye.) If you ask to speak to the manager, said person becomes the manager instantly, they sureseem to have a lot of managers at this location, I don't think it's good practice to promote EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE to manager(though I doubt that's truly the case, I think these employees just like to play make believe to avoid getting in trouble.) Whenyou do actually get what you've ordered, the food is quite tasty, and if they don't add mystery items to your order it'srelatively cheap compared to many fast food places. Read more

Went for breakfast. Thought I got lucky, pulled up to the drive thru, no one in front of me. They took my order and I proceeded... to wait for for 10 minutes. A line up started to form behind me. Finally got my order and proceeded to pull away when theattendant flagged me down and told me he gave me the wrong order. Waited a few more minutes while they sorted it out. Althoughthey were very polite I wasn't impressed and to top if off my meal was barely warm and mediocre tasting. I wouldn't recommendthis establishment. Read more

Not too bad!. Once I MADE the order it was dealt with quickly, but waiting to take my order took quite awhile. It's the... delivery guys that come in all the time that have these massive orders, it's hard for in-store customers to get their ordertaken in a reasonable, timely manner. Read more
