Everyone absolutely sucks at their job here. I waited at the counter for 15mins and no one would take my order. They never add... enough matcha to my lattes they come out as just milk. They give me attitude every evening and when I asked if they are openduring memorial weekend. They are on their phones or just talking in the back while not taking orders. Worst Dunkin? I?ve beento. I have never been to this Dunkin until today. I will be returning. They had great team work going on. The boys would yell over... and ask about drink order so it all ran smooth. They knocked out all orders quickly inside and in drive thru. But this didn?teven make my experience. The manager on shift (today, 10/17/21 @ 12:00) came out and really helped everyone get things situated.THEN! Said ?is everyone hungry? Who wants pizza?? I was the only person in the building, I doubt they knew I was there.. so thiswasn?t a show! That my friends is good management. This team was working hard for her, so she showed her appreciation! Clean Dunkin Donuts shop with a super friendly staff. Store was very busy. The staff worked quickly and efficiently waiting all... everybody with a smile. Our coffees were hot , fresh and made as ordered. Store can be a little tricky to get in and out of dueto the other shops near it and so many people using the drive- thru. Read more
