If it was a possible to leave zero Stars I would their evening manager today was horrible rude and very unprofessional
Here for lunch on a Tuesday, drive thru was a bit busy so we went inside. Ordered Taco Bell Tacos and Mexican pizza. Only... problem was the pizza had a strange after taste, we thought maybe the tortilla was old, so we returned it. Manager or supervisorsuggested the fryer oil probably needed to be changed and offered us a a replacement item. So I ordered a beef burrito which wasgreat. Read more

Updated review, if I could give negative stars I would. $50.00 order and needed to add an item at the window, the window service... asked her manager if I could. Nope, they made me drive back around and order a a second time. This place knows nothing aboutcustomer service! 4 years between reviews and they are still horrible. Avoid at all costs!! McDonald's is short staffed butstill has better service! I have never had a good experience here. I only go for the convenience factor. Order is wrong everytime. Sometimes its that I didn't get what I order or I order something normal and it isn't made properly which relates to nothaving trained employees. If you're hungry plan on being hungry for a while, the service here is also extremely slow. Sometimes20-25 minute wait going through the drive thru. Read more
I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. This combo Taco Bell/KFC is small but clean and fast service with a smile. My food was... served very quickly and was hot and fresh. I reccomend this place for a quick bite to eat. Read more
In desperate need for a remodel, both inside and the parking lot. The inside reeks of late 80's decor ( think Facts of Life neon... meets too-cool-for-school cafeteria layout). The menu board is so long you can't read half of it. There is an omnipresent odoras soon as you walk in. Can't place it, but it is NOT food. The bathrooms.... Yeah avoid them. Food is decent. Staff is okay.I've had friendlier and better, but for Thurmont it's probably pretty good. Seriously though, owners of you read this, dosomething about the decor and the HUGE menu board and you'll be set for life. Read more
Tacos are always broken and soggy, And they always manage to forget at least one or two items as well.
