I wanted a turkey Cali sub without mayo or onion. I was told I couldn't customizeit. I let them know I had done it before with... no issue. Also I can order online and customize but couldn't do it face to face. Read more
I like subway, but this one is terrible! Always out of something or getting the feeling I've inconvenienced them. Since Thurmont... doesn't have much of a variety of places to eat I went to Subway, at 8:55 most of the food was put away and they closed at10! Terrible!! Read more

Not a great one. I walked into the store to an empty shelf where carryout are placed. They said they were just getting it as I... walked in. Not good when phone app says it is ready. I wasn't happy with this and told him I wanted to then cancel the order. Iwent back to store and they said "oh, it's ready. We put it over here, a different part of the counter. Place gets worse every time I go here. Very untrained/ undertrained staff. Sub was wrapped with a quarter of the sub sticking... out of the wrapping sitting on a counter. Numerous other problems. All the problems I have had here I have looked past and gaveit another chance after waiting a few weeks until the next time there are different people working (staff turnover rate isinsane). Then I try it again and it?s worse than the last time. Not giving it another chance again. Will be going to Sheetz orliterally anywhere else to get a sub when I want a sub. Read more
Placed an order for 2 chicken bacon ranch subs and when I picked them up, the bread was soggy, there was no bacon on the sub... whatsoever, and I asked for lettuce and tomatoes and got these 3 little skimpy tomatoes and a little sprinkle of lettuce. Thisis normally a sub I enjoy very much but the one today was absolutely disgusting. Don?t order that sub from this location. Read more
Idk? I don?t normally eat subway because I don?t like lunch meat and sitting vegetables also not knowing how long things have... been opened. I was hungry today and was reminded why cooking my own food is worth the time. I asked for extra tomatoes andonions? I got a salad on top of a sandwich. Lettuce was falling out in the bag. The Great Garlic is anything but great. Garlicaioli tasted more like Mayo and garlic with something sweet but not the sweetness of roasted garlic. The bread was soggy at thebottom and the chunks of chicken were close to a size of half a chicken breast. I don?t recommend eating here unless you have noother option and you don?t want to cook. The staff were nice though. They just seemed over worked and it was pretty noticeablethat the team before them didn?t prep because they were talking amongst each other how no one prepped the cheese and how thefridge is a mess and nothing is organized which in all honestly is concerning.
