Avoid this subway.. there was one employee there and one guy that looked like he was 12 years old wearing a hoodie and... basketball shorts. I asked for a spinach wrap for my southwest wrap and he told me theyr all tortilla wraps , i explained ialways get the same thing and he keps saying no thats old even tho i get subway often. I told them nevermind sorry and walkedaway seeing that they didnt care and as i walk away i overhear them talking about me and calling me a Ni**a . Very sad Read more
I stopped 20 minutes before closing. Employee was rude and ignored me as I knocked on the door, and when I asked why they were... closing 20 minutes before their set hours, I wasn?t given an answer. If your hours aren?t accurate, perhaps update them,otherwise perhaps a conversation with your employee regarding appropriate communication and customer service may be needed. Short black haired girl was awful. Tore my wrap open, no customer service (just talked about her mom to her co-worker. I'm... assumingher mom is her boss...) and charged me for the wrong item.
