Rude staff, waited 45 minutes for 3 add on shrimp that we didn't get going through the drive thru so I had to go back in. Then... I asked for cocktail sauce and was told they just have the last one away...by the time we were able to eat, the food was cold. Will be a long time before I go back to this location. Read more
Awesome speed food was done by time we were done ordering but that also had it's flaws the food didn't taste right. Was it... sitting for too long? Why was my fish not greasy like other long johns. The only good think I can say was the macaroni was goodthat was about it. Read more
This Long John Silver's was not a great experience. I got 4 chicken planks in the drive thru and had to pull around and wait... over 20 minutes. The chicken was very small that they should've put an extra one in the box, especially for paying $11. Whenthey finally brought them out, they didn't put the sauces in the bag. Read more

Why can't you order fish straight from the frier?Our store only provides food already sitting in the warming ovens. Fish is... usually warn inside but the breading is soft and mushy, not crispy. That happens when breaded fish or anything sits for a shortwhile. It does not stay crispy. Many of the fries were burnt and should have been discarded not served to the customer.Employees had to see this but didn't care. Fast is good but quality should far exceed the speed at which you prepare food. Hopeit improves, because no one wants to see a buisness fail. Good luck. Read more
Usually no complaints. Food is Usually good but when I visited a few days ago, food was Not Good! They need to change the oil... once I'm a while. Everything tasted burnt. Hopefully next time it will be better. Read more
Mmeh!!.. greasy, drippy, lack luster. Our LJS is also a KFC. And today's KFC & LJS is a shell of it's former self compared to... quality and good customer service. To say they've went down hill is an understatement. Read more
