The food Is a hit or miss with the rice not being fully cooked or the dried out chow Mein, but for the most part they have great... food. The only problem I have with this restaurant is the one of the staff members who always rude and gives me attitude whenI?m making my order. This isn?t an odd occurrence either. Every time I?m met with this staff member I?m always met withattitude and even people I know have their own personal bad experiences with her. So very inconsistent. One day it?s ok then next it?s horrible. I like the orange chicken. Sometime s is good other times it?s so... smothered in red pepper flakes you can not taste the chicken cause your mouth is burning. Today the orange clhicken was so toughto chew it was like leather and I threw it away. It was hurting my jaw. I have come to realize I always go there hoping for agood day. Then I realize I shouldn?t have to do that it should be consistent after all it?s fast food with same ingredients. Idecided today that I get more bad food than good food and will not go there anymore I can find better food for the money I paythere. I love the spring rolls but then again those are premade so they can?t screw that up. But still am not going back. Theywon?t even open the diner side. I am tired of eating in my car. This isn?t the first time I received old dried out food but it will be the last time!! I came in 2 hrs before closing and was... told that they will not be making any more food. There was nothing there to begin with and what was there was dried out. Theyhad no noodles at all!! I asked for several different things and was told they had none. After going through the drive throughthey had me pull up front. I sat there for 15 min and ended up going in for my food which was sitting in the bag on the counterwhile the workers talked!! Why I had to wait I don?t know since they had nothing to cook because they refused to cook and therewasn?t anyone in front of me or inside. I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. I gave them chanceafter chance to be disappointed time and time again. I completely understand why they never have any customers!! I have workedin the food industry for many years and every single person working tonight needs to be retrained. The customer service therewas unbelievably bad just like the food they served! Excellent Experience! Ordered the 2 entree plate and chose Honey Sesame Chicken and Terriyaki Chicken and it was delicious. The... servings were big and my husband and I shared the plate and we both were satisfied. The servers were all very pleasant. Read more

Its crazy i pull up get my order . Bigger plate of chicken Teriyaki then i ask the lady at the window is my sauce in there she... said it was on the chicken . So i took her word drover 45 mind home and none of my sauce was in the bag they tell me to save mys Receipt so they can make it right walked in today 10/13/22 and they said they wont fix my order i will neber go back again .
