Not impressed, who in the heck has no idea how to make a SIMPLE BLT sandwich!? I get they have someone new but don?t throw them... to the wolves expecting them to know how to make a sandwich let alone a simple yet easy BLT sandwich. Either help teach them orwatch to make sure they?re doing it right. I only got bacon on my bread. Nothing else. I politely asked them to remake my sub when it was wrong and they had an attitude and told me that they added that stuff on the... sub because I said so . Very rude service . Then they took forever on purpose.Definitely will Not to there again. Read more
Ordered a classic Italian sub . I got home and all there was was meat and cheese . Not sure where the Confusion was or it they... did not know how to make it but was pretty disappointed with the sub ???? not at all what I ordered and excepted. Read more

Love their French fries and tasty subs. It's a little pricey, but the food is good. Dottie was an excellent service person!

My first time at the new Tiffin location. I've been to the Findlay one several times. I thought the staff was excellent.... Friendly and went out of their way to give good service. The food was good. Of course the french fries are amazing because theyare hand cut fresh. My family got 3 subs, a salad and large fry. I have no complaints. Ordered on line and i think that savestime.
