I really like this taco bell and it's the best one (by far) from here to, and including, Cincinnati Ohio!!! BUT every once in... awhile they completely mess up our order. The service and staff are really good but when they goof up our order..they reallygoof it up!! We ordered the grilled cheese burrito box and got something with chicken and lettuce instead. Then the 2 Chipotleranch grilled chicken burritos we ordered had no chicken or lettuce on them!! Don't get me wrong, everything tasted good but itwasn't what we ordered. Read more

Have you removed the ability to add gift cards as a payment method? I deleted cache, then data, then reinstalled the app. No... change. That's my primary reason for ordering thru the app. If I can't do that, the app is worthless to me. Read more

Every time we order through Door dash or pick up the order at store we have items missing. I am so frustrated with this... location. I would rather wait an extra five minutes for the staff to inspect they have the order in it's entirety. Given thelack of staff issues, Management needs to start prioritize accuracy over speed. The amount of money I have lost on itemspurchased and not received makes me disgusted to the point of not coming back to this location. Read more
