There were three lines, one for ordering, one to pay and one to get your food walked out to you at the side door. We waited... 30min after paying for four tenders and a chicken sandwich at 6pm. A fast food restaurant that advertises on the highway formiles shouldn't take this long to get food out... I have three more hours to drive and don't have time for 30 minutes in aparking lot. Maybe scheduling can be fixed so that these poor employees don't have to be this stressed out? Read more
Hello y'all it's was not so good they had one working the drive thru and one working the front corner the lady at the corner was... doing a great job but the back had worker's but some was not not doing there job they said 12 to 15 minutes for chicken well Iwaited and waited then the lady asked them where's the chicken and they said did you need chicken they didn't cook no chicken bythis time it had been like 30 minutes so yes I waited and when I got my stuff I turned around and there was my husband he comein to see what was taking so long by the time I got my stuff it had been 45 minutes to a hr that's just crazy. Good service, great food. Never knew they had pimento salad sandwiches that is awesome! I haven't had those since I was a little... girl. This was great that a place like this would serve that type of Great Southern food growing up with in the south. Read more
Place had too many dirty tables with the flies having a family reunion. Some workers were actually working while others were... just staring/laughing. Management should do better with enforcing cleanliness especially when they aren?t busy as well asprofessionalism. Read more
I ordered the 2 piece white meat chicken meal and my sides were mash potatoes with gravy and dirty rice and of course a biscuit... came with the meal. I had sweet tea to drink. Customer service at the drive through was excellent! The chicken wing was dry. Thechicken breast didn?t taste right and the flour on the chicken was not cooked thoroughly because it was doughy! The mash andgravy was ok. Could of used more gravy. The dirty rice was dry but the flavor was ok. The tea wasn?t good and it needed moresugar. Read more
This would be a one star if it were not for Wanda. She was very friendly and helpful. We went inside as we were not in a hurry... and the drive through was wrapped around the building. We were ignored at the counter until Wanda came over to help. Once we satdown another employee was speaking very loudly about needing to close the dining rooms and she wasn?t happy we came in to eat.We were the only ones inside for awhile. Another gentleman came in and was ignored as well but just left. Can?t believe we weretold we were not welcome there. Always seek out a Bo?s when traveling because it?s always great food and service. Usually fast and friendly. But today not so much. Guy didn't even say thank you even after I said it 3 different times. Wasn't... happy when I asked for the mustard and ketchup that was missing. Just because it's a drive thru doesn't mean you can get theorder incorrect and forget the condiments and a thank you. Might have the best bisquets in town but I'll think twice next time. Read more
