They brought all our food out at different times and food was awful, the bone in wings were hard, boneless were dry and had... barely any sauce on them. I ordered pretzels knots for an appetizer and it took them an hour to being them out then they weren'teven cooked all the way with barely any dipping sauce. The waiter would disappear for 15 min at a time and wouldn't get us whatwe asked, I never got any refills on my drink. The table across from us had to go get their own food and people were grabbingtheir own boxes as well. I was exited to go because I went only once and loved it but now because of their place I will never goagain. Good job buffalo wild wings. Read more
I don't care what anybody says about any Buffalo wild wings. They just have a stiffy about wings places. This Buffalo wild wings... is very nice. The staff are kind and considerate and always helpful. I've never had a problem in this restaurant every time I'vewent. If I had a choice. I wish that my Buffalo wild wings was like this one. Unfortunately I live 450 mi away from thislocation. But it's always nice to visit. Read more

1st of all the waitress is so rude. We clearly mentioned extra wet and you all can see what we got. When we asked the waitress... for extra wet for 2nd time while ordering food, she got offended. Never returning to this outlet anymore Read more
I ordered the chicken wrap and it only had 2 very tiny pieces of chicken in one half of the wrap and 3 tiny pieces in the other... half, when I say tiny I mean like the size of a bean. I was very disappointed. The waitress was not friendly at all, she neverchecked on us, had to flag her down to ask for different dressing due to the ranch I got tasted like pure sour cream. Stopped at BWW on the way to Talledega. Katie was our server. She was very nice and soft spoken. Food was warm and good but came... out all separately, which we thought was a little strange. Restaurant was clean. Read more
