Usually I have no complaints when it comes to this Checkers... Great food, great teams, great service, perfect milk shake... straws, BUT today all I truly wanted today was a large vanilla milk shake. So we order one small strawberry shake & one largevanilla shake... She got the shakes backwards even after her asking us twice. I was gonna over look that part cause they wereslammed at the moment, but to have both shakes pretty much comes out being strawberry & lite strawberry burns my butt. Food was really good and fresh at this location. But what really impressed me is the crew member that took my order. She was... patient and so professional. I was having a VERY hard day and out of nowhere over the speaker she says to me, "Ma'am I just wantto know how you're doing today. I hope you are doing well." It was so genuine and I was blown away. Happy, efficient, working as a team, etc. great example of a well run operation. Checkers' strawberry banana milkshake is... addictive, but not all locations can handle a single window order. This place alerted each other to the window order and when itwas ready, it was provided quickly by a third member. Quickly knew the sauces, etc Some locations completely freeze up and wontanswer the window, keep their back to it, or forget it completely after the order is taken. The last couple times I order the BBQ Bacon Burger, they have given me the standard Buford (no BBQ, no bacon) but have charged... me for the BBQ Bacon (receipt was correct for what i ordered). Please take it off your menu if you are not going to make it orat least ask the customer if you can substitute and not over charge them! Would be zero stars, but the fries were good Read more
