Drivethru order on 9/10/22?..2 of 3 breakfast sandwiches ordered were cold. Not lukewarm, just plain cold. Sandwiches looked... like they'd been sitting for a while. Definitely not what I expected from this franchise. Unfortunately we didn't notice untilwe had already left and were in a rush to get to our destination. Came here on Labor Day and say lots of employees abs typical long lines. They messed up our order twice and made me wait for a... long time before someone acknowledged me and resolved the issues. The employees were still nice just not very competent. Read more
It was extremely busy, like busier than usual. I had a large order. Gael was nice, patient and meticulous in taking my order.... There was a bit of a wait but I got my order exactly as ordered. All the employees were courteous, although a bit stressed andoverwhelmed due to the large crow of people placing orders to dine-in or carry-out, online orders for pick-up and drive-thruorders.
