Drivethru order on 9/10/22?..2 of 3 breakfast sandwiches ordered were cold. Not lukewarm, just plain cold. Sandwiches looked... like they'd been sitting for a while. Definitely not what I expected from this franchise. Unfortunately we didn't notice untilwe had already left and were in a rush to get to our destination. Came here on Labor Day and say lots of employees abs typical long lines. They messed up our order twice and made me wait for a... long time before someone acknowledged me and resolved the issues. The employees were still nice just not very competent. Read more
It was extremely busy, like busier than usual. I had a large order. Gael was nice, patient and meticulous in taking my order.... There was a bit of a wait but I got my order exactly as ordered. All the employees were courteous, although a bit stressed andoverwhelmed due to the large crow of people placing orders to dine-in or carry-out, online orders for pick-up and drive-thruorders. So, anytime you stop at this Chick-fil-A, expect to get top-notch service ! Read more
This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located right off I-75. It was lunch time and the restaurant was slammed; drive thru was too.... They handled everything super fast. The young lady who took our order was what you think of when you go to a really goodChick-fil-A. Her name was Diamond and she was friendly, personal and engaging. The restaurant was clean and the team was wellorganized. Definitely one I'll stop at again, next time I'm passing that way. Read more
Sadly, this is the first Chick-Fil-A franchise I visited along the I-75 corridor from Atlanta, GA to Tampa, FL which has... inefficient use of available staffing for dine-in with several dirty tables, and trash receptacles in need of attention forcleaning. Additionally, one of my chicken biscuits was terribly undercooked. Read more
I used to live in the area and wanted to try it out on the way back to my hometown. Wow! I don?t know who was cooking today at... lunch but it was absolutely the best Chick-fil-A Sandwich I have had in years! It was perfectly crispy, not soggy and perfecttaste. I highly recommend a stop at this location whether local or tourist passing through. You will not be disappointed. Theentire crew was top notch! I wish this cook was in my town! Read more
If you have to make a choice for a fast food restaurant in Chick-fil-A is the place to go. The service is amazing and efficient.... Other fast food chains could learn from them. The food is just above average and the atmosphere is okay. Sadly they're not openon Sunday Read more
