Let me start by saying, firehouse is one of my all time favorite sub shops and the only reason why I?m leaving the review is... because I want to continue coming here but something has to change. I pulled up and waited at the speaker for about 5 minuteand no one helped me so I just walked inside. When I got inside, there were two people ahead of me that had done the samething. No one had their headset on. The person at the cash register was Leslie. She was very very nice but unprofessional. Before she started taking the order for the first person in line she counted the money in her drawers. In the middle of takingthis lady?s order she answer the phone and then after that phone call, picked up her PERSONAL cell phone and made a call. In myopinion, your cell phone shouldn?t even be visible, let alone used while helping a customer. The COKE machine was out ofseveral popular flavors, such as COKE. Again, the staff was extremely nice and seemed like great people. I?m not mad at them,I just think they seem inexperienced. They made one hell of a sandwich but you have to keep in mind firehouse is a premium subthat comes at a Steep price and I would expect better. Read more

I placed an online order for a 11:17 pickup. When I arrived at 11:15 to pick it up, the lobby was closed due to disaster relief.... I am grateful for businesses providing disaster relief, but my order was not ready until 12:47. I live in another town and mycoworkers have a set lunch time. I was late, and when I arrived, we discovered that we were shorted a sub. (It was a largeorder, and I didn't have time to count everything.) Firehouse, please don't take online orders if you can't fulfill them in atimely manner. I would have gone somewhere else and come back to you another time. Now I am leery of placing another onlineorder because of this bad experience. Read more

It was okay. The girl taking our order was too busy arguing with the manager over cleaning styles and whatnot. I asked twice... about putting my number in for my points and she said put it in, but the screen was never set by her to do that. I had to emailcorporate to get my points. Read more

I tried to go by after work and order food for my husband and myself, for me I ordered a plain sandwich with just meat and... cheese and a drink. The wait times here are always very long even when they don?t have anyone inside, and the speakerdesperately needs to be fixed. It is constantly squealing and I had to repeat each part of my order 3 times. When I paid thoughthe receipt did have my order on it perfectly correct. So I wasn?t worried. When I got My drink it wasn?t even close to what Iordered, but they did fix it before I left. I thought the sandwich was okay until I tried to bite into it and find that it?sgot mayonnaise on it. And not a little, it was absolutely slathered onto the top and bottom of the sandwich to the point that Ican?t eat any part of it. Read more
