I really had a great experience on my birthday today. Our server Lisa, a 15 yr veteran, did an amazing job and we were honestly... asking for a lot of extra stuff she didn't seem at all irritated with any request we made and made our experience verycomfortable and enjoyable. And I don't know who was cooking today but they did a phenomenal job on not just our steak but theshrimp and lobster tail as well and it's easy to mess those things up I'm sure! Seated at 2:15 order got salad & bread. 2:49 waitress brought 2 steaks, we ordered chicken & a chopped steak. She took it back... 30 minutes late she told us she gave our order to the wrong people. We said ok , she said I put fast order on y'all food. 30minutes later a guy said your food is coming, I said I'm going to paid for the salad & leave, a minute later the food arrived.We didn't eat, we left. The food here is really good every time we have eaten the steaks they are cooked to perfection even the side dishes are good and... plenty of food!! The hostess that sits you is very professional and nice including the waitresses good service will definitelybe back! The only complaint I have is about the bathrooms toilets all were so dirty, I won't give details! We walked in here and were promptly seated by a very friendly host. We did ask for a gluten-free menu. They gave us a menu that... was in very small print and looked more like a spreadsheet print out. Each row was a menu item and then the correspondingcolumns were either checked or empty depending on the food allergen. It's only one menu and it's not only gluten free, it's allfood allergies. While we were squinting at the menu trying to figure out what to eat we ordered drinks. We drink vodka tonic andas it turns out they did not have tonic water in their full service bar. At that point we had had enough and the picture of thelonghorn is the front of the house when we were leaving. Our server went beyond her duties to make sure we were Happy with our meal and was very attentive and in a very cheerful mood. I... had the Ribeye so juicy and tender and succulent. Oh me gosh it was so yummy. My sister really loved her BBQ Ribs, she said theywere so delicious and the meat just melted off the bone. 100+ to the cooks in the kitchen....
