Amazing. Best Olive Garden I've been to in years, and I travel year round for work so I eat at a lot of restaurants. Wonderful... attention to detail. Excellent customer service. Everything ordered was spot on perfect. That's a rare thing these days for achain restaurant, and even more rare when ordering takeout. Many restaurants don't put any effort into takeout orders and itshows. I could tell this Olive Garden was well managed and wanted to give all customers a great experience. When we travel we typically stop at Olive Gardens because they are usually quick and consistent. The kitchen and service is VERY... slow at this location. We went in for lunch and it took over an hour. My ravioli came out with almost no sauce so I asked forextra and TEN minutes later it finally came out. When we pulled up the bill we realized I was charged over four dollars for thesauce. My meal was 8.99. I was never told I would be charged for the sauce. I would have said something to the manager but Inever saw one the entire time we were there. Read more
