Amazing. Best Olive Garden I've been to in years, and I travel year round for work so I eat at a lot of restaurants. Wonderful... attention to detail. Excellent customer service. Everything ordered was spot on perfect. That's a rare thing these days for achain restaurant, and even more rare when ordering takeout. Many restaurants don't put any effort into takeout orders and itshows. I could tell this Olive Garden was well managed and wanted to give all customers a great experience. Ended up eatinghere two nights in a row on my way back to my hotel it was so good. Will definitely be back next time I work in the area. A+guys (and gals)! Really impressed! Read more
When we travel we typically stop at Olive Gardens because they are usually quick and consistent. The kitchen and service is VERY... slow at this location. We went in for lunch and it took over an hour. My ravioli came out with almost no sauce so I asked forextra and TEN minutes later it finally came out. When we pulled up the bill we realized I was charged over four dollars for thesauce. My meal was 8.99. I was never told I would be charged for the sauce. I would have said something to the manager but Inever saw one the entire time we were there. Read more
Server gave us our food and then didn’t come back for 20+ minutes. Both drinks were empty and we were waiting for more food... (unlimited soup salad and breadsticks). Tables around us still had food on them fr when we got there even though the party hadleft before we got there. Definitely had a bad experience. Read more
Had an excellent server, Alondra R., which totally made the experience. I am getting real tired of all these southern eating... places not having an idea about what gluten free is. Come on people get with it!!! I am Celiac.. traveling. Need to eat someplace. Even Chili's was clueless. So enter Olive Garden. Who knew... I don't go to a lot of Italian places due to the pasta. My husband and I enjoyed dinner today at Tifton's Olive Garden. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had the chicken and... shrimp carbonara and my husband had the chicken parmesean. I stop by this restaurant for the evening because I was particularly famished. I was eager for a quick meal and I was not... disappointed the service and respect I received was unparalleled by anything I’ve received before. Destiny was my server, andeverything was phenomenal. The never ending pasta was indeed never ending I had about four servings before I stop myself fromeating more. I tried to balance out the pasta by eating several salads.
