incredible service by team manager Jason! so friendly, he brought our drinks to our table and checked on our soup when it didn't... come out with the rest of the order. after he helped us with a smile, he continued to help other guests at their tables. ourorder was so timely, it was ready as soon as we sat down! i couldn't believe it. had mixed feelings about the city of Tiffon,GA. I posted a question this morning regarding customer service and the universe... listed to me. The Universe blessed me by responding with the good energy I had been putting out in the air!! Just the other dayI was denied at a register, prior to, I was preaching we need more love in this world, fast forward the guy at the register cameback and said I'm sorry, I'm not supposed to do this, but I ain't gone stand in the way of love and gave me what Ineeded???????? Super Manager Ashley took itupon herself and noticed I was respectfully trying to figure it out and was trying to fix something I had no control over! Got the mediterranean veggie sandwich, and I didn't find it acceptable at all. They didn't bother themselves to ask customers... what they want for sides, they just put a potato chips bag for each order. I'm really a frequent customer at Panera Bread andlove their food but this is a branch I won't revisit. Read more
Great little surprise stop off of the highway. It's easily the best Panera I've been to. The staff were helpful and pleasant, it... was incredibly clean, and service was quick. They forgot to give us our side of fruit, and they brought it out to us before weeven realized. They were out of bread bowls, so they gave us a ridiculous amount of bread to make up for it. Smallest portion of food I've ever seen and pricey for what you get. 2 TINY sandwiches (priced at $5+ each) , 2 TINY bowls of... soup & 2 TINY drinks for $26+. The taco chili was delicious but my wallet and appetite won't let me go back. Read more
