Fast, clean, friendly staff. Young man working the sandwich line this afternoon was new and doing a good job. Made for an easy... stop on a long trip. Read more

We stopped for lunch while on a road trip. The girl working was great, but I felt bad for her, she was the only one scheduled... during lunch time on a Saturday, and was extremely busy. Luckily, staff that worked at Pilot stepped up to help her and makesure that customers could get their food and get out in a timely manner. That Subway really needs to reevaluate their schedule. For the most part, they have pleasant people who work there, unlike other locations who I shall leave nameless. As for fixing... the food, they're dead on although I desire more meat but that's corporate's order, not the associates. Read more

Can?t rely on schedule. 2 girls laughing in the back while hand written sign says ?we closed?. At 9:15pm, food display is filled... and looks fresh. Why don?t you clock out and close the food display if you closed? Happened 3 times already, next time I?mskipping this truck stop Read more

Only one person working which was not her fault but she was very rude and did not wear gloves when handling my food. Waited on... others instead of getting me on my way. Took forever! Won?t be back was the worst subway experience I have had. Read more

How was Subway? Glad you asked. I gave 3 stars and here's why. I itially there was only one worker up front. There were 2... people in line and I made the 3rd. While the worker was polite, she was very slow and never multi-tasked. For example, the guyshe was helping, asked to have his bread toasted. She put it in the oven and held her hand on the handle and waited for it tofinish. If no one was in line that would be fine; but when you have a line building you need to change gears. What shecould've done was let the bread toast, get the bread prepped for the next person, then go back to the toasted bread. At leastif employee #2 came along the next customer's sandwich would've been started. When time is of the essence every minute you cansave helps you and in this case the driver. This was at a truck stop. What the worker has to realize is that while she's atwork, drivers are usually in break, holding up the fuel isle, and rushing to get back. Pick up the speed. The ultimate goalshould be get the customer in, and get 'em out. Remember, 2 people were in front of me and I spent 15min in line. I didn'tgive one star because she was polite and even said "I promise, I'll be with everyone shortly". It just took too long. The 2ndworker made my sandwich and did a very good job. Will I go back. Yes. But only if I'm #1 or 2 in line or if I see the pace haspicked up. Not bashing this location. Just words of advice. Read more
