Let me just say, the lady in the store better be glad my husband was there picking up dinner instead of myself!! I?ve never seen... so much disrespect from someone in fast food industry! This has got to be the cleanest Subway that I've ever been in.. fast service, friendly employees and great food!
They started closing an hour early. Couldn?t get my sandwiches toasted because they turned the toaster off. Sandwich was cold.... Found hair in my sandwich. Started packing everything up an hour early. Read more
The customer service from the cashier was the worst. She had an attitude because the customers in front of us on the line wanted... toppings. Then gave then an attitude and easy on her phone making the customer wait to cash out. She should be on the linemaking the food and not dealing with customers directly as she has no customer service skills. When I get to the line, I ask herfor bottled water and she slams her hands on the counter and sighs like if I bothered her. I would not be coming back to eathere or spend my money here. Read more
Please tell me why I came up to this subway at 9:34 and they had the doors locked when the time online and the time on the door... says they close at 10:00. Yes I?m a server and I understand that you?re trying to close up but I had a whole 30 min to order.Instead of letting me in and taking my order the guy behind the counter began to laugh and shake his head saying ?no?.
