It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had going out to eat. This was the first time I?ve ever been to a surcheros. I... was with my school club and coming back from a competition and I was getting nachos and I asked for ground beef but she wastrying to put steak so I asked for ground beef (mind you she didn?t put any on there yet) she huffs really loud and throws thewhole plate at the wall and the chips went everywhere. In the area for work and needed a good meal. Upon entering, ones gets the feeling that this is going to be nothing more than a... spin-off of that other national chain that specializes in the Tex-Mex bowls and Burritos. And quite honestly, one would be hardpressed to tell the difference in a blind tasting. Nothing "wowed" me. Service wasn't exactly engaging or friendly. Totally disappointed not worth getting off 75 for...Less than unch portion with dinner price... Or I must like a little child.... The food must have been left over from the lunch rush. The chicken was dry and the rice was little hard and both warm not hotenough to melt the cheese. Read more
Update, 5/30: If it weren?t for my child I?d never come here. The food is okay and the folks are nice, it?s just very... unorganized. They do not have a very efficient way of working in online orders with walk-in customers. One customer left and gotMcDonalds for his kids before his partner was able to make it through and this is after they started prepping their order. Imiss the days when this place was managed better. ??????- The food is all right; however the lines tend to be long and moveslowly. They have online ordering, but they?ve messed up my orders the last two times (nachos without chips, burritos withoutchips, wrong burrito), which isn?t convenient when I have to come back and then wait - now I know to check. I do like the icefor the drinks and the line workers are nice. Edit: Messed the order up twice in one night. Wow, didn?t expect it to be this good! Family driving through stopped in expecting something similar to Moes, but honestly it... tasted way better and we loved it! Tried the Carnitas tacos and the burrito bowl! Yum! Would recommend and stop by again! Read more
