Really wish I could leave a better rating, but I had another disorganized visit today. The food is good WHEN you get it and when... they get it right. The problem is that nobody is really in charge. They hire very nice but very young people. There is neveranyone managing the restaurant. Do NOT order online, as this only confuses them further. The details of the confusion today arejust too much to share without it being confusing for the reader. They are also not important. The fact is that nothing wasbeing done right. Including sanitary methods, by the way. This will be my last visit unless I hear that things have gottenbetter. Read more
If I could give zero stars that would be more fitting. I placed an online order on 08/04/2022. My dad went in to pick it up at... the Tifton location and was told the order did not come through. He called me and I provided him with the confirmation number,he was ignored by the restaurant staff and I ultimately told him to pick up food from somewhere else. I have tried calling thestore no less than 10 times since then and the phone doesn't even ring. I have also filled out a contact form online twice nowwith no response. I would just like my $38.84 back since I didn't get any food. Update: I was contacted by the ownerimmediately and a refund is in process. She was sincere and apologetic about the issue. It was exactly what we needed.. some customization and quick service. That dough piece from Kids pizza kept them so engaged ,... busy , productive and Happy.. they didn't even ask for tablet.. such a great idea. Read more
This was my first time eating at Your Pie Pizza. We are traveling to Atlanta so the location right off the freeway is... perfect! Service was very fast and nice staff! This restaurant is very accommodating to gluten and dairy free eating. Thegluten free crust is also dairy free per staff. It was a yummy crust! Definitely recommend. Although the crust was cooked thepizza was lukewarm. Didn?t taste great not being warm. I would come back and just ask for my pizza to stay in a little longerand be served hot. Read more
it took me almost an hour to order my pizza. the customer service was so mediocre to the point where i did not even want my... pizza at the end. when i finally got my pizza it was ok at first but then i realized that most of my ingredients were not evencooked.the meats were delectable but the place was so unkept that there were NOOO DRINKS in the coca-cola freestyle. i can?tbelieve i experienced this. This restaurant opened on Sept.18th. It is a Brick Oven that cooks the pizza with fire. The pizza is absolutely delicious. You... can build your own pizza with any of the toppings. You can choose between White, Wheat, or Gluten Free pizza dough. They havedraft beer, wine, or bottled beer. They also have fountain drinks. The staff are fantastic. The pizzas are only 10". First time going and the pizza ???? was awesome. Everyone working there were very professional and helpful. In today's... environment restaurant employees are very under appreciated and tolerate a lot unreasonable customers. It was nice eating goodpizza with a great staff. Highly recommend giving them a try. Sorry about the picture not being complete pizza pies. We couldn'twait to dig in. You'll definitely enjoy how they make the pizza in front of you and the oven they use. Read more
This place was great when dealing with a gluten allergy (well celiac). They went into the back to make the pizza away from the... normal line and made sure to change gloves. I appreciated this. My only complaint is the staff seemed disorganized and a littlescatter brained. They were busy so this may have accounted for some of it. Read more
