What an awesome experience. The best Zaxby's we have ever ate at. When we entered, we were greeted by two or three employees. ... We were waited on promptly. Our food was ready quick. The staff was super friendly. Super clean store and bathrooms. Theyhad a ???? on their store inspection. Anyone that works fast food knows a ???? is difficult to achieve. On our way out, wespoke with one of the Zaxby's team members. Told him the store was unique. Not many of these out there. Turned out, he wasone of the owners. I told him it would be nice if all stores were like his. If you are looking for a Zaxby's in this area, Ihighly recommend them. Even pass up one to get to this one. It will be worth your time.. Edit- The manager, Miss Sylvia was very polite when talking to me on the phone the other day and went above and beyond to make... up for the incident. Just drove 15 minutes to Zaxby's and back to my house with a to go order. My Nibblerz Meal was supposed tohave Buffalo Garlic sauce instead of Zax Sauce and it had Zax Sauce instead. Then they neglected to give us straws for ourdrinks. When I called and asked for a refund for just the Nibblerz Meal as my boyfriend's Meal was correct I was told I'd haveto drive 15 minutes back with my receipt to get a refund. I've had a similar issue with Fazoli's in Valdosta and they just didthe refund from the restaurant without me being present. The customer service was awful, and this is coming from someone who hasworked in food/customer service/retail for five years. It will likely be a while before I go back to Zaxby's. OMG! This Zaxby?s went above and beyond for me without being asked and I couldn?t appreciate it more! While on a middle school... field trip and many hours away from home, my phone (which was on the tray) was accidentally trashed! I called in a panic askingthem not to throw the trash out and that I?d be right back after already getting on the road back home with 22 students. By thetime I got to this Zaxbys, 3 staff members and the manager had gloves on, searched, and found my phone! They greeted me with asmile and my phone which calmed my frantic state immediately..
