$8.49 for a small cup of room temp pretzel nuggets. I should have gotten an entire burrito instead.
Terrible Customer Service. They use to sell large cup of pretzel bites? The large cup is a much better deal than the small cup?... $1 more. The owner is gouging people so they can make more money. Also, their staff are a bunch of teens with no clue whatcustomer service is. They are entitled and lazy and clearly don?t care about their job. Ask them to make a Cinnamon Pretzel without butter. My wife and I are both lactose intolerant and she is breast feeding. They... said they dont do that. The girl working the register JUNE 30th @431pm. We've been there before and have had it done dozens oftimes. Now we get denied. Done with Auntie Anne's. Read more
Service used to be good but has been going downhill the last year or so. Very poor service, rude employees, and ridiculous wait... time. Was told I had to come back and wait in line again 20-25 minutes later if I wanted four sweet almond pretzels. Theyrefused to let me order. After 20 minutes, they told me I would need to wait another 20-25 minutes since they only made two. Itseems like they were trying to force me to order from the few remaining ones in the display instead of making more. Wouldrecommend as long as you don?t mind scornful customer service and waiting an hour to MAYBE getting your pretzels. Read more

Always great customer service though they tend to run out of the pretzel dogs which is sad. If they didn?t run out 30% of the... time I arrived (evenings after work) I would give them 5 stars. I can?t get there any earlier ? I have work and traffic. But,their pretzel dogs are my comfort food ?? and are sometimes the entire reason I go to the mall itself! ???? Read more
