I called the wrong store to explain my order was prepared incorrectly . One of the staff members, Erin, understood my issue was... able to help me. However at the end of the conversation he hung up and said try not to be rude. I find this very offensivepersonally that I only inquired about my issue and was treated this way. It takes two to be kind and Panera should focus theirefforts to train their staff better to handle these situations . When the employees take out their frustrations on theircustomers concerns, it makes you never want to come back to eat there again! Read more

Ordered online for an in-store pick up. They messed up my order not only once, but twice. Any respectable establishment would... have made it right by 1 offering a full refund of the meal, and 2 offer to remake/make up for the mistake. It was one or theother. Walked in the door, two employees see me, but turn their backs and proceed to slice 2 loaves of bread. I was the only customer... at this point. Five more parties arrive behind me now. Finally someone comes from the kitchen area and starts taking ordersput "to go" on mine when it wasn't to go. No lids for cups. Sticky counter in the soda area. Tables were dirty.
