I called the wrong store to explain my order was prepared incorrectly . One of the staff members, Erin, understood my issue was... able to help me. However at the end of the conversation he hung up and said try not to be rude. I find this very offensivepersonally that I only inquired about my issue and was treated this way. It takes two to be kind and Panera should focus theirefforts to train their staff better to handle these situations . I know we?re dealing with inflation, but this is ridiculous - the portion sizes are a complete joke. Ordered online for an in-store pick up. They messed up my order not only once, but twice. Any respectable establishment would... have made it right by 1 offering a full refund of the meal, and 2 offer to remake/make up for the mistake. It was one or theother. So we opted for a full refund, but now we are back at square 1 and still don?t have dinner. Thanks for wasting our time,gas, and money. I understand the low ratings now and will never return. Walked in the door, two employees see me, but turn their backs and proceed to slice 2 loaves of bread. I was the only customer... at this point. Five more parties arrive behind me now. Finally someone comes from the kitchen area and starts taking ordersput "to go" on mine when it wasn't to go. No lids for cups. Sticky counter in the soda area. Tables were dirty. Not a goodshowing Panera- I'd be mad if I were the store Manager. No excuse. Read more
I went in a few hours before closing, so they had stopped baking, but I still made the choice to order a focaccia bread, tulip... cookie, cinnamon rolls, and croissants. I waited to eat the items purchased until I got home which gave me the opportunity totoast/warm the variety of items that I purchased which made them taste as fresh as when they were baked. The prices for bread isa decent price, but to be a reviewer who gives it 100% I have to say all the cinnamon rolls are rather expensive, but if youhave the money, they are worth it! Read more
Pretty good food and most staff has been courteous in my experience. Used to have a dude that delivers with Idaho plates who... drives pretty wild and likes to make illegal U-turns after exiting near Locust St... I used to work across the street andobserved on more than one occasion. Now only complaint is the dining room is starting to show wear, a little rough around theedges. Needs a deep cleaning and repairs done. Also, look out- they are "temporarily" closing at 6pm due to staffing issues. Read more
What a joke, I have been eating at this Panera since they opened. This will be the last time we ever do! This steak and cheddar... sub is only bread! $14 for that! No cookie either. Not sure what's going on, but we will never support this business again. Read more
