Ordered foot long chili cheese dog, as we have for years. Drove home. Didnt see any chili when taking it out of the bag, had... to open it all the way up to see the stain of chili, but no chili. Entire dog was dry and tasted like cheese. Definitelynothing like ever before or as advertised. 2 stars because the drive thru employee gave great service. Read more
Sonic still remembers what a "large" sized drink is supposed to be, unlike everyone else that are calling a medium large these... days. We drove 35 minutes to get here because we wanted a treat. There were 3 of us and we ordered 3 LARGE milkshakes. 2M&M's and 1 Oreo Cheesecake. As we ordered, the person taking the order seemed to have a hard time hearing me. They have asenior discount if you ask for it. We did and they gave it to us. It saved us a couple bucks. We were 2nd in line at thedrive-thru. The line was moving efficiently and we had very little wait. The shakes were huge! As I was trying to eat mine Ihad a hard time getting anything to come through the straw and they didn't give or offer a spoon, which would have beenpreferable. As I was driving I had to wait until I got home to eat mine. For both of the different kinds of shakes, the vastmajority of the ingredients were at the bottom of the cup. This Is a large Sonic. The lot and area was picked up andclean. Overall we were pleased with our visit. It would have been better with 3 spoons. We feel that we can recommend thisplace and love the large sizes. Read more
The service was very slow- especially when they only had one drive thru lane open. Service was friendly enough- not great, not... terrible. My pretzel seemed to be over done on the outside, but turned out to be nice and soft inside. The saddest part was thatmy large cherry limeade had no maraschino cherries, and no lime slice. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but it feelslike the staff here just lackluster. Read more
Unfortunately with the stalls closed the "order ahead" option in the app cant be used along with the rewards or the app... discounts. It sucks because Sonic has updated the cheese burgers and aren't half bad now. Its been months now that its been thisway. Maybe its time to close the location until it can be fully staffed? Read more
Cake batter milkshake is too sweet, onion rings are crispy and yummy, cheeseburger not so good.
Very upsetting my meal had to be thrown away. This shows lack of care when preparing food. The hot dog was hard and gross, there... is no way someone can just put this in a bun and think its okay to serve it to a customer. Read more
First time trying Sonic Drive-In. I was disappointed that the burger and tots didn't taste fresh. I was hoping for a hot (sort... of off the grill) but it was just a little warm. The meat was dry, overcooked. My tots wasn't hot and crispy. However, theservice was good and the food was fast! Read more
The service was fine but the food was lukewarm and I got a peak inside while driving by and their kitchen was shockingly bad... even for fast food standards. Food splattered everywhere, an ice cream machine that looked like days of built up cream splatter.They were understaffed and the employees seemed like they were doing their best but the state of the kitchen from the glimpse Isaw looked like systemic neglect. Frankly to see the store at that state really reflects poorly on management, your team shouldnever be allowed to neglect the kitchen to that extent through lack of supervision and/or support. Sonic leadership please do adeep clean and make sure your kitchen slip into this level of disarray again! Read more
