Manager was rude. Order was dumped into the bottom of the bag. When I asked for a replacement I was told to pay for it. Manager... snatched the bag from me, so I waited in the drive thru until I got my correct order and an apology from the manager, eventhough I was threatened with police action if I didn't move from the drive thru. We just went to order food for our entire family. Some of us hungry not eaten all day. The store was messy, but no customers.... Like carpets tossed up and employee drinks & trash on lobby tables. They were rude, 4 crunchy tacos all crushed. A couple othersmall probs with food. The person who seemed in charge was grungy, beard hair all out and spoke with a slurred loud speech. This is the Taco Bell that messes up my order every single time whether I order at the drive-thru or I order online ahead of... time to pick it up at the drive-thru. I have another Taco Bell literally down the street about 20 blocks from this one. It usedto be the best in town but their weekend staff is terrible.
