Manager was rude. Order was dumped into the bottom of the bag. When I asked for a replacement I was told to pay for it. Manager... snatched the bag from me, so I waited in the drive thru until I got my correct order and an apology from the manager, eventhough I was threatened with police action if I didn't move from the drive thru. She was hostile, belligerent, and mostunprofessional. She needs to be replaced. Read more
We just went to order food for our entire family. Some of us hungry not eaten all day. The store was messy, but no customers.... Like carpets tossed up and employee drinks & trash on lobby tables. They were rude, 4 crunchy tacos all crushed. A couple othersmall probs with food. The person who seemed in charge was grungy, beard hair all out and spoke with a slurred loud speech. Heseemed most annoyed to have customers inside. And made the comment who spends $50 on taco bell. Well a large family does withmeals costing 8-10 each. We wont go back to that store. This is the Taco Bell that messes up my order every single time whether I order at the drive-thru or I order online ahead of... time to pick it up at the drive-thru. I have another Taco Bell literally down the street about 20 blocks from this one. It usedto be the best in town but their weekend staff is terrible. In the past, when I was dining in here, I would have given this particular Taco Bell a very poor rating, and it deserved it... (we're talking 3-4 years ago). Today, the dining room was closed when we came by for dinner, so we dutifully went through thedrive-through, and I was surprised at how efficiently every went, and then our dinner was great, promptly delivered and scarfeddown with joy. Slow for drive thru service. Half the items in the burrito were at one end and the rest at the opposite end. Might've been... something as simple as a training day happening. Not the norm for this place. I will try again. You should also. Read more

Avoid this location. You will be sitting, blocked-in, hating life. Don't worry though, you can watch the bro's in the window... chillin'. Occasionally they'll move to sip on their drink. Read more
