Always very good food and service. Last year, I dropped in for lunch with a friend, it was very busy and my friend's meal came... out about 10min after my plate was served. As soon as my buddy finished his plate a dude walked to our table and said henoticed the time difference in the meal delivery, he apologized and asked if he could pay for our lunch. He said he was one ofthe owners just hanging out in seating area making sure the customers were being attended to. As a business owner myself, Ilove it when people actually care. Read more

I am very disappointed, i use to absolutely love this place & i always come here. but especially as a fast food worker myself I... expected better customer service than my friends & i just received. From the start he yelled at us because we didn’t respondwithin 2 seconds so he yelled “ TACO DEL SOL WHAT CAN I GET YOU” and had a very bad attitude. My friend ordered the frenchtoast combo but didn’t want meat so he yelled at her & said “ then just order the french toast “ when she still wanted therest of the plate (eggs etc) he refused to give her what she wanted. we then got to the window & he was giving us lots ofattitude. i’m not sure what happened but lately they’ve been extremely rude. even when i come with my boyfriend they give usattitude because they can’t understand his accent that well. Have picked up from this establishment many times and the employees are always kind and let me know about how the order is... doing. Great customer service ???? ????. Have gotten to eat their tacos many times and also tried out the sopes. Very goodfood! Appreciate that they have burn your mouth for 45 minute salsa: a lot of places I have tried don't have the hottersalsa/sauce offerings to that level. Great job and keep doing what you're doing! ???? They were open super early, I think it was 5am, super clean place, beautiful chairs and tables, we ordered our food, it's was... high quality arachera, I ordered #17 it was delicious, finished it all , ( would have been a whole lot much better with homemade beans)my wife ordered chilaquiles verdes, she also loved the dish, MEXICAN TASTE ???? , WE WERE JUST IN TIJUANA 5 DAYSBEFORE ????. I order a pickup through door dash that said it was ready at 11:24am. I come in at 11:23am and waited for 25 minutes. The order... was not ready and the staff was rude when I asked about my order all she could say was "we working on it" very rudly. My lunchbreak was over and I had to go back to work and my order was still not ready. The rudeness of the staff is what makes this veryupsetting. I will definitely not be coming back.
