The food was really good the drinks where really good as well. The wait was long they had an 1 hour long wait for tables bar is... first come first serve it was full as well lucky we only waited for like 5mins and a spot opened up at the bar. The service wasamazing I forgot the girls name that was assisting us at the bar but she was really good at her job. First time back here in two years and they take reservations again! Huge applause for getting back into the normal rhythm . Four... adults in our group, we were seated right on time 7pm , food was great! Service great. Spent $200 for the group each having adrink and dinner plate, sharing two appetizers and one dessert shared amongst us all because at this point you?re stuffed !Steak medallions and hibachi steak was perfect ! I have never had such great food and a fabulous service at the same time. The Cheesecake Factory always has a wonderful... selection to choose from, and the food is always perfect and delicious, and the portions are always "enough"! The Cucumberlemonade with the sugared rim was refreshing. And we were treated to the most amazing server, Bella. She is the ultimate server,friendly, kind, knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. She could make a fortune training customer service techniquesto all servers. Had a great experience. We went on July 23 for lunch. I cannot remember our waitresses name but she was absolutely wonderful.... Very accommodating and a decent conversationalist. She had shoulder length black hair and a tattoo that went up to her collarbone. My FIL is on a strict meat only diet and is very picky about his steak, he was very happy with it and it was a reasonableprice. My MIL asked specifically for sea salt and our waitress went out of her way to search for it and bring us a little cupfull of it. When the food arrived there wasn't a lot of asparagus with her food, so because FIL didn't get any sides ourWaitress had it comped with his meal and gave us a pretty decent sized plate of asparagus. It was mine and my wife?s anniversary on st Patrick?s day so we went to the mall did a little shopping and decided to have lunch... at Cheesecake Factory for the first time overall everything went really well our waiter Megan was very helpful and made sure wewere taken care of. I just gotta say there menu is pretty big and a lot to take in they have a little of everything in that menuI can only imagine how the kitchen handles it you got anywhere from pastas to chicken to seafood to steaks it?s just alot totake in and you definitely will understand after going page for page In that menu it?s a big slap in the face if you don?t knowwhat you want to eat. Afterwards we thought about it we could of went to a Mexican restaurant to get what we actually ate but itwas more about the experience. Hit or miss - crowded and really dark while dining in. Hosts seem to be hit or miss- some are friendly which they should while... others could not care less. Once you get pass the hot/cold hosts - the servers are a complete refreshing experience - althoughin a hurry - they project that they value customers- thank you. The servers also would take time to ask how the food was andwill do everything to make it right for the customer. How about food ? Good portion size, order what you like and you?ll comeout satisfied.
