Friendly staff great pizza fair prices
Had an issue with my order. They made me bring the pizza back that they got completely wrong, my kids were starving at this... point, as we were already eating late. They took the pizza back that they made wrong and threw it in the garbage and re-made ourorder, wrong for the 2nd time. Ended up just eating the pizza. Was promised a phone call from the owner and as expected, noresponse. Huge lack of customer service in my point of view!!! Won't be back. Read more
Horrible experience! Ordered online portal waited 40 minutes in the lobby without being acknowledged and almost 20 minutes after... the order was due the guy at the counter finally said your order will be ready in a minute. When I asked why it took so long toacknowledge, he said they had screwed up the order and we're remaking it. A little customer service such as letting someone knowright away that there is a problem goes a long way towards keeping a customer happy. No manager on duty I spoke with the managervia phone and was told because it was ordered through the portal there was nothing they could do and could not refund the money.Was told that the owner would follow up with me as I left my name and phone number. Stuffed crust pizza usually has garlic sauceon the crust the pizza was still not made right and was very dry. I will be following up with the owner as well as head officewith this situation so that in the future maybe somebody else will not have this situation. Read more
Sept 05 2020 ordered 3 pizzas and wasn't pleased with them. The toppings are in big chunks they used to chop up in small dices... pieces. Way too big pieces of onions green peppers. Also way too much spice on the BBQ chicken was way too spicey hot. Not goodat all kids or teenagers don't prep or cook food right at all. Won't order from you again. Read more
This place is something. They almost never have a single hot and ready in stock. It's always (that will be 5-7 minutes) in... reality it's 10-12 mins. Defeats the purpose of having a hot and ready sign. None of the employee's are very "nice". The one kidwho works there, beard, chubby, looks like he absolutely hates his life and is the least helpful. Only place around to get fastpizza, and it tastes alright. Also, always understaffed, lucky too have 2 people working at once. Read more
I go in later in the evening and the food is always good, and the thinner employee (lady) with dark hair and younger is super... awesome. She a bit quieter talker but so awesome young lady always brings smile to my wife and I's face. Awesome to haveemployee like that giving great customer service! Thanks! Read more
