Absolutely horrendously slow. One of two drive through lanes shut down at Sunday lunch hour. No apple fritter on hand at... 11:15am. "They are on the truck unloading now". Not the stores fault but the Timmies app offerings are getting less and lessworthwhile to the point of why even stop by anymore and suffer the great decline in Tim's. Read more

Very good people. They are one of few tim Hortons that can handle my regular charter group after they win a game. Not to mention... I forgot mention when I was there after I dropped them off that bus was returning with hungry boys from a basket ballgame. Like the Edmond Fitzgerald they held there own, but never sank. Great customer service they where quick for a small townTim's. May not have been entirely caught off guard because I mentioned I had come with a out of town team. The kids said theywhere awesome, and we came pretty close to in store shut down. So keep up the good work ladies and gents. See u again soon and Iwill let u know before I drop a bus full high-school kid ramped up from a big win. Read more
Bought a bagel and it didn't even have enough cream cheese for the whole bagel
We stopped in Tilbury and hit the Tim Hortons for a coffee and snack. This is a very busy location. They have the double drive... through merging into one lane and a reasonable size parking lot. The inside was clean and relatively new. The food wasconsistent. They were getting low on a few items, probably due to how busy it was. The staff was friendly and helpful. Read more
Ordered the turkey club sandwich and my wife ordered the grill cheese pinini. The cost was $12.06. The price is fair and... comparable. We both liked our choice and they tasted ok. My bun was a little stale but not unservable. It was about 3:30pm whenwe arrived and we found the store not very clean. The food station floor was terrible and looked like it still hadn't beencleaned since lunch. I had an issue with the employee who made our sandwiches. My wife notice that my bun came out of thetoaster burnt. She showed me and I said I am not eating that. The employee said it wasn't burnt but threw it away anyway. Thenproceeded to start trowing our food together with an attitude. After he finished toasting my new bun he turns to me and said isthis better. He was just a young guy still getting his feet wet in life but he needs to learn, if you make a mistake, just ownit and fix it. The attitude just makes it worse. What's most upsetting is that if we wouldn't have seen it, I then would havehad to come back and waist my time and on top of that, the quality of their food drops. Why not just make another one right awayinstead of serving subpar food. Make it look like the picture. If it doesn't, do it again! The picture shared speaks for itself. Read more
