I placed my order on Nov 9, 2022 at 5:25 PM, there was a big line and I order from my mobile app to get it faster. But, the... staff serves the whole line and I did not get my order till 5:40PM. When I try to ask a cashier about my order, she was notlistening to me. I say 10 times 'excuse me', but she ignored me every time. And she rudely spoke to me, "if you are waiting foryour mobile order, I am making it right now." After that, she serves order no.9896, 9897, 9898. I ask her for, my order 9894,and she was I am making it. I did not get my coffee in 20 minutes, when I ordered it through mobile app. I refuse to get acoffee from there, I told them I don't need my cottee anymore, and they behave like normal. Is this a value to customer service?Is this a value to someones precious time? Read more

Very cocky staff , girl at the register wasn?t polite at all instead they don?t suggest you options they think you should know... it all what they offer ( not hospitable at all ) instead they smucker at each other I find it very rude never stopping here everagain.
