Horrible service. Stood at the counter for about five minutes and saw multiple employees pass us by. Not one gave a greeting or... even a head nod. Got our order, and they had stuffed three meals in one medium sized bag. Fries and onion rings cartons werehalf filled because the rest was in the bag covering the napkins. Asked to speak to a supervisor about the issue and see if thatis how people should expect to be served, and another employee took the burgers from the bag and threw away all the fries andonion rings. Started again and put them in two separate bags. Waste of product. Sadly, the food is usually really good. Justvery incompetent employees. Read more
No receipt, over priced. No ice, warm drinks. Food was cold and the order was incorrect. It was so busy and I felt sorry for... them because the young girls working the front counter. Unfortunate we will not return. Read more
We've stopped in at this location while on vacation before but never have we had such a poor experience. We were the only ones... in the drive through and ordered at 3:11pm on Aug 31, 2022. I ordered two #6 size small with 2 diet cokes, a Bacon King mealwith no Mayo on the burger and an order cookie shake. What we got were 2 Dr. Peppers and a Bacon King burger smothered in Mayowith hardly any Ketchup. Only the Whopper Jr's, the shake, and the fries were right. How disappointing especially consideringhow empty the establishment was at this time. Maybe the staff needs to be more focused on correct orders and less timesocializing with each other. Read more
Ive visited this Burger King for a few years now and they have always struggled to execute food that wasn?t lukewarm and timely... service. I?m not sure if they changed management recently or if it was just a good night but I was caught off guard with howwell everything was. It was one of the better BK experiences I?ve had anywhere really. Keep it up! Read more
We ordered a Double whopper with cheese, whopper with just cheese, pickles, and tomato and some other items. We received 2... regular single whoppers no cheese and also no requested ketchup for the nuggets or napkins and didn't receive our receipt whilethere. Employee just tossed the bag of food out the window we had to ask if that was all as 6 items were crammed in a small bag.We stopped to eat and discovered all the mistakes. Tried to call due to lobby being closed and not wanting to spend another 20minutes in line. Only to discover the phone number on Google is disconnected. Needless to say we had to get something else forone family member to eat. Not from the area so we'll never be back but warning to travelers leaving the Creamery don't stophere!!! Read more
I ordered 4 whoppers with extra mayo. I got 4 patties with buns only. I went back in and asked to get this fixed, they added... mayo to the patties and handed it back. When I went back in I was chased out and told I ordered them plain. Worst service,there manager if that is what she is does not know customer service. Had a wonderful experience. Linn, (I hope that is the correct spelling) was wonderful and kind. we were disappointed the ice... cream machine was out but she readily recommended a different dessert for us and made our night. Read more
I am speaking on my own behalf, I have been working at this BK Since October 2021. I am also one of the night shift leads. I do... my best to resolve unhappy customers, and I make sure they leave happy. Sometimes we have longer than normal waiting times.Being that our staffing shortage, but the customer is my main priority. I remember when the service was horrible, anddisappointing especial when you got the order 20 minutes later, and it's wrong, room temperature like it's been off theheat. Since Ambrosia QSR bought the store from GBMO. Time from menu to window has improved a lot, food is not cold when youreceive it, and management strives to have you leave happy, even when we're rude to them for no reason. . When your spendingyour money we expect what we asked for, and make sure your getting what your spending. Some times your orders are wrong, andyour upset. You have every right to be, but I am going to make sure you leave happy, but sometimes they are unhappy. Your way:). Read more
