Atrocious take out order fulfillment recently. My wife and myself are keen on eating takeout at this location regularly. I used... to work in the kitchen as a teen, and know the process and standards. The last 5 orders we have placed have been absolutelywrong. From poor quality food (literally items that shouldnt make it to the window to be served, let alone be sent out on a takeout order) to every item being incorrect in some way. The first time it was sad, and we assumed there was a new trainee. Thesecond, third, fourth, and fifth times, we're not so sad, and a lot more infuriating. This is the last time we order take-outfrom this location until something changes. We have spend nearly $300.00 on food in 5 orders, and haven't gotten anything wepaid for. The kitchen needs to figure it out, deep frying cactus cuts is literally timed by a button, and they're somehowinedible. Caesar salad with no bacon doesnt mean remove crutons, parmesean, and only mix romaine lettuce with sauce. Wildlyfrustrating to spend hard earned money and recieve service this incompetent. At this point the only way I'm eating here is if icome in and cook it myself. Give your kitchen manager a smack in the head, because he/she is failing miserably. Me and my boyfriend always go to this location and usually it’s our favourite place to go, but unfortunately last nights... (Saturday) dinner didn’t go as expected): the food was GREAT though. We came in and it wasn’t relatively busy, got seated inthe bar area. First thing I noticed was how dirty the floors were and that it looked like they hadn’t been swept all day. Atfirst I thought, not a biggie, but then as the night rolled around and the waitress we had (a blonde lady) wasn’t busy at all,on her phone the majority of the night ; the manager even came out to socialize with another table, but yet no one did anythingabout the insanely dirty floor. Secondly, the service was subpar. Waitress didn’t ask us if anything was okay, if the food wasgood, etc and basically ignored our table to talk to the table seated behind us which was clearly her friends. Didn’t pick upany of our dirty plates or empty bottles, my boyfriend even put them on another empty table hoping she would pick them up butshe just said “that’s fine” and that’s where the dishes stayed for the rest of the night.. sorry this was so long butusually I love this place so this was a real bummer. Had the cauliflower crust pizza for the first time... It was a very good thin crust! I was really surprised. No vegetable taste,... crispy. My only negative is that it does push the cost up and BP is pricier then some other places to begin with. Read more
Waitress very good and very helpful. Food was good and BIG portions. We ordered garlic cheese bread but there wasn't any(or... very little)garlic on it. Manager looked after us and we left happy and full. Will be back Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite. The waitress was Awesome. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products on the... menu's. Would recommend this Boston Pizza restaurant to anyone. Will be back when I get a chance. Read more
Pizza was a little salty. We asked for chicken pizza and they put bacon as topping. Servise was good.
