If i could give zero stars i would!! , first of all the owner of this store is beyond confused most of the time, i have order... from this location about 5times now and 4 out of the 5 times the pizza was still RAW?! who wants to feed their kids raw dough ,i have called and complained but both the owners husband and wife are ALWAYS RUDE and so boldly told me " you cant get sick fromraw dough" ... okay bud. But anyways in all honestly would never order from this location ever again in my life or next life irather go to pizza time, at least if they make a mistake they fix it or speak to you like an actual human , customer serviceright ? I ordered a 2 medium pizzas from this location. Paid debt at the door. Upon opening the box the pizza was RAW. I called the... store and asked if I could have a refund. They came back to my home and attempted to process a refund. It didn?t work. So theysaid they would be processing the refund on their end within 2-3 business days. It?s been nearly 2 weeks since then. Today Icalled the store to ask about the refund and the OWNER KATHARINE PRITCHER accused me of not paying for my pizza even though Ihad receipts and showed proof of payment on my bank statement, I even went as far as confirming with my bank that thetransaction was completed. KATHARINE PRITCHER, then decided that because she wasn?t going to give me a refund, she would callthe police and continue to lie and make up things so that she wouldn?t need to process the refund. This establishment isDISGUSTING. I could care less about the 25.00 the only thing that bothered me was how this was being handled and how many liescame from the OWNER mouth. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE AT ALL! And all the other negative reviews below are definitelycorrect. If you want to have to cook your own pizza by all means order from this store. On Friday, August, 19, 2022 this my favorite pizza Domino's Restaurant in Tillsonburg but not now I called on my cellphone try... to order a gluten free pizza & the person other end was dump he told me it not free pizza to me I was tried order a gluten freepizza I hang up & called home talked to my mom to called them she place the order then I went in tell my name pick up the pizzahe not listed to me my ñame toke a different name I told them my name on the screen tv then they find the gluten free pizza. Iupset them. I going try a different pizza who have gluten free pizza. Read more
Ordered a gluten free pizza great taste however had to eat my toppings separate from the crust because it was not cut all the... way through. 3 years ago this was an issue and I have sporadically ordered since and the issue was corrected unfortunately thestaff that prepared were untrained on how to cut this pizza. Very disappointed however I think I have learned my lesson. Regularpizza is great but think twice on ordering a gluten free pizza . Read more
The quality of this franchise has gone right out the door. Our family has been getting pizza once a week from this location for... over a year but not anymore after our last experience. Half of the time lately the pizza's are not cooked fully. The first fewtimes we complained they said we have to ask for it to be cooked longer, so basically placing the blame on the customer. Theydid usually offer a credit on the account when this happened, but a customer should not have to ask to get their pizza cookedproperly. This last time was the final straw for us. One of the pizzas the pepperoni wasn't even cooked very much at all, cheesewas not even melted all the way and the crust was literally still dough in some spots. I called to complain and I spoke to amanager named Sabrina I think. We were not offered any sort of accommodation and were told the owner would check the oven tempsand we would be contacted by them. Well it's a week later and no call from the owner. The inconsistency of this franchise is outof this world. If you liked under cooked pizza and then being blamed for it then this is the place to go. I ordered cheesy bread and got it home to eat. It tasted like oven cleaner. Like they had recently cleaned the oven or pans and... maybe not rinsed them enough. All they offered was to make me a new one. No thanks! One cleaning product bread is enough. Read more
