Well I have been informed that the only people that have safe food handlers certificates are new hires that are only 16 years of... age. Food is stored unsafe, and the kitchen is unkepted at best. I grew up working at ginos 22 years ago... this makes me feelsashamed. Read more

This used to be a good pizza store. This is the third time I have ordered extra toppings on my pizza and gotten the exact... opposite. He just refuses to make my pizza the way I like it. Instead of giving me the extra toppings that I asked for he gaveme light toppings. Don't order here. Read more
This is the second time I ordered from here. This time at first wasn't the greatest. The lady who answered the phone could... barely understand what I was saying, maybe a language barrier, I got frustrated and said never mind I will order from somewhereelse and hung up. 5 minutes later a gentleman called me and apologized for the lady who answered the phone said she was intraining and he is working on my order and wanted to confirm what it was. Umm there's tomato sauce on my spinach pizza... It's supposed to be garlic spread, spinach, cheddar, feta, and mozzarella....I... did not order tomato sauce on this pizza!! Where are the pepperoni and green peppers on the other pizza....I think I counted 6tiny pieces of green pepper and I know some people like the pepperoni under the cheese but I don't... That's why I order fromGino's pizza (the pepperoni is always on top of the cheese!!)!! ...And one of the panzerotti's is wrong as well ...I did notchoose regular tomato sauce...I chose garlic spread! Now my son and I have to wait to eat as we both have a tomato allergy!! I'msorry but your manager at the Tillsonburg location tries to tell me that garlic spread is mixed with tomato sauce?!? It's funnybecause I've been ordering from Gino's a very long time and garlic spread is a totally separate item (used on the spinachdelight pizza!)!! It's not hard to follow my order...I placed it online! These $10 credits are not enough.... Every time I'veordered over the last year there's been mistakes...I think it's time I take my business elsewhere... Wondering when they'll actually get my order right? Always out of spinach, can't cut a pizza, gaping areas of no toppings and... can't follow any order that I've placed online! Still waiting for a call from management and corporate. Guess it's time to takemy business elsewhere! Read more
I tried butter chicken pizza, was really taste. The staff is very friendly. Great service. I would recommend try butter chicken... pizza ask for Indian style. Read more
