Normally they are pretty good for taste and quality but lately since opening back up from a staff shortage it's lacking in both.... I ordered poutine and it was all soup like gravy and hardly any cold fries with curds floating on top. But I can say the dogenjoyed all the left over gravy from me using a fork to eat soup. Read more
Been here 20 mins and still no service as I wait for a server. Not a good start for my 1st time here.
2021 October 7th. I heard from the staff st Burger King ???? today that Popeyes is coming to Tillsonburg. I do believe Popeyes... is Halal????. And I do know that Woodstock Popeyes is on Doordash. I do believe it will be in the TTC. Also Starbucks iscoming. It will be where the closed Chinese restaurant is now at the south end of town. 2021 October 6th. When are you comingback to Doordash? I am sure people would order. Who likes waiting in a drivethru if they have an alternative? I think theColonel would like the idea. DOORDASH pays drivers a basepay of $4 therefore unless the customer tips only a noob driver willaccept to deliver the order. That place is so dirty , the bathrooms are disgusting super smelly , the building is run-down. The workers should be ... welcoming but are like robots. We never come back. Read more
This KFC isn't even worth 1 star,doors are looked at 7:00 didn't have any fountain drinks and limited cans of pop and two top it... off couldn't even I order a chicken or beef quesadilla combo apparently they were out of both and this isn't the first time.Allstaff needs to be replaced with friendly and reliable servers. WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE! The chicken was overcooked, cold, and literally dripping with grease, couldn't even finish one piece. I... have been to this location many times over the last 10+ years and will never return again. The service is horrendously slow toboot. I have genuinely never spent less than 30 minutes waiting to pick up my food from this location. It doesn't matter if youuse the drivethru, the online ordering system, or if you order at the counter.. you WILL spend at LEAST 30 minutes waiting forcold, overpriced, terrible food from a filthy establishment. I have also personally spent 50 minutes stuck in the drivethru(can't turn around or exit, horrible layout) and left with NO FOOD because the debit machine was down.. and of course there wasno warning until you reached the speaker.. which took 15 minutes to get to alone!!! Shut the place down, it is ruining whatlittle reputation KFC/Tacobell has. Read more
Painfully slow service whether walk in or drive through. The food is good, but compared to similar local fast food restaurants... you don't really get a lot of food form your money. Front of store staff were very friendly at my last visit, however some ofthe kitchen staff, which is highly visible from the dining room were not very pleasant. Read more
WORST KFC RESTAURANT IN ONTARIO. Recently moved to Tillsonburg and went to this KFC to do a Take-Out order. First of all, we... were refused entry to go inside the Store and place our order, even though the Server was unlocking the door to let a familyout, with their KFC orders, while we were standing there. I guess this practice is giving preferential treatment to people youknow. We were told to use the Dive-Through. When we got up to the drive-through for our order to be taken, we were told the thespecials on our coupon could only be ordered on-line. So we were left in the drive-through line waiting to get out, without ourorder taken. This is totally unacceptable. Would not recommend the KFC in Tillsonburg to my worst enemy. Read more
