Waited 20min for mobile order. Finally went inside to see why. One employee having bad night. No one seemed to know who was... responsible for making the ice coffee so my order just sat there for 20min. Food was cold and gross by then, kids screaming,employee crying and walked out of job? all supervisor/manager could say was ?I?m going to write her up?, didn?t even acknowledgeme or apologize. The nice lady working the till said sorry and gave me a bag to box up my own to go order.. My kids love McDonald?s on Friday nights, if it wasn?t for them, I would not return. Read more
Too many mistakes (hey - it happens; I get it). Mistakes made consecutively, though?! Not hard to read "no onions" on the... screen. Quit prioritizing speed over quality (guarantee the screen was served off before the order was made). Raise prices,reduce hours, reduce quality. Read more
Gotta love getting a breakfast sandwich with no egg in it and being told to drive back 10mins to grab a new sandwich with every... employee avoiding me asking for a refund. I also slipped and almost landed on my back entering the restaurant as well. Employeesseem to not care. Read more
Went there today with my 6 year old daughter and grandmother to get some lunch after riding horses. Got a chicken bacon deluxe.... The chicken was so dry I actually choked on it trying to swallow it. Fries were over salted and cold. Read more

I ordered a Jr chicken with no bun and no toppings just cheese. But why? Why am I getting cheese on the bottom with the hot... chicken on the top? Do you're employee's not know what happens when something hot gets put onto cheese? The cheese melts! Now Ihave to peel and scrape melted cheese off of a cardboard box and try to put it on my quarter pounder as a mess. I went 9 min to 11pm and ordered 1 Big Mac condo and strawberry fruitopia no ice quarter pounder with cheese add bacon and an... iced tea no ice then a filet of fish combo up size the fries, and 2 more filet of fish sandwiches, a cheeseburger and 2 Big Macsauces. Total was $51.46. I got my drinks and then the m and came and brou. That the food to my car in spot 1. The bag lookedsmall and good thing l checked as the filet of fish and second Mac sauce was not in the bag. I went by the window and knockedand the manager was closing as she had the cash dispensary and rushing away. She apologized for the filet of fish and asked whythey were not in the bag. When l asked about the 3rd filet of fish she said l didn?t pay. That?s ridiculous l did l saw thescreen. I understand she was closing but geez you could have apologized and asked me to come back tomorrow night or something.Very unprofessional and rude. Read more
