Currently standing in line after waiting 25 minutes for our order to be prepared. The employees advanced 6 patrons ahead of our... order. Asked them to prepare ours as soon as possible. Still, the employees advanced more patrons. After being sufficientlyignored after paying for our order 30 minutes prior, we requested a refund. The refund was not processed as the employees couldnot assert the proper refund procedure. We have been patient and kind, and we're told to let the customers behind us to placetheir order. After being sufficiently ignored we refuse to leave without the refund for the food we did not receive, nor weretended to. Still waiting for our refund to be addressed. Will not be returning to this establishment, henceforth. Read more
Fast friendly people with great food every time. 3 months later still as happy with the service as the first time.
Don't train people and let them handle dinner by themselves not very smart.
Great food and available on Doordash. Unfortunately no Halal signage.
Ordered a chicken souvlaki salad bowl online to pick up and take back to work for lucnh. Not only was it delicious but all the... ingredients were so fresh and it was ready for me as soon as I walked in. I also asked for 'light on the onions' and it was justthe perfect amount! I would have given 3.67 stars but google hasn?t made it that far yet. Had to wait for a while but the staff were friendly enough... and my salad was aight. Decent, but mild compared to superior locations such as New Hamburg or Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine,Paris, France. Cheers mates Read more
I will never go here again. Went tonight the lady wrong up my payment incorrectly. Then when she was putting ingredients she was... putting incorrect. I said in a loud voice the right ingredient couple of times. Then she starts to wrap the pita it wascompletely ripped I told her to put it another pita she stared at me as If I said something strange. I took one but and wholething fell apart. I started to eat it and with a fork since there was no way to eat the wrap and the chicken inside was so coldshe didn't even let it heat on the grill. It was disgusting. So I threw it away. Just went for 2 pitas. The poor gentleman working had never made a chicken crave. I felt sorry for him as he is obviously new.... Just then a couple and their 2 kids come in and he takes their order , as he should. 10 mins later he gets things started and Inotice a young lady sitting in the back playing on her phone. The poor new guy is struggling with the pita to get it open andthe others are still waiting. The girl in the back comes out and I'm thinking good, she's going to help this poor guy. Nope , ofcourse not she retreats to the back. The new guy did his very best but was over his head. No one minding the store. That younglady needs to be reprimanded and then some. Todays youth, nothing as important as the phone. The new fella deserves a pat on theback. Read more
